Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction.  Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  No imported jewelry will be exchanged nor returned.  Unopened or damaged cosmetic products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to try to make it right.

Note:  Due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept opened returns of perfume, lotion, body wash, or any other product used for personal care. We encourage new customers to place a small first order.
